摘　　要："三严三实"是习近平同志治国理政的一个重要思想。对于从事科技期刊工作的编辑来说,无疑具有重要的指导意义。论述了作为科技期刊编辑,只有严格遵循规范要求,树立踏实务实的过硬作风,认真做好期刊组稿环节、三审环节、三校环节、通读环节等各个环节的相关工作,期刊的质量才能得到保证。＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂ is an important scientific theory raised by President Xi Jinping in 2014, which asks us ＂being strict and careful in cultivating one＇s moral character, preventing the abuse of power and disciplining oneself, being steady in planning matters, starting undertakings and conducting oneself＇. This theory is an important guideline for editors of scientific journals. As a guarantee of journal quality, the editors should carefully insist on basic journal requirements, such as ＂Three THai Rule＂ and ＂Three Check Rule＂, seeking truth and being pragmatic.
