摘 要:针对中强腐蚀性土质下钢顶管外防腐,取样进行涂覆试验,综合比较熔结环氧粉末、环氧玻璃鳞片、加强级环氧煤沥青的性能,提出推荐的工程实施方案。优化固化温度和固化时间,并提出补伤、补口方法。结果表明:可采用防腐性能较好、即喷即干、针孔与损伤易于修复的熔结环氧粉末防腐层,保障工程寿命并加快施工进度;熔结环氧粉末防腐层最佳固化涂覆温度为120—140℃,固化时间为30~60min,一次涂覆不易过厚,可通过多次涂覆减少涂层针孔和涂层缺陷;补伤、补口可采用无溶剂液体环氧。In order to study the anti-corrosion for steel pipe-jacking in medium and strong corrosive soil environment, the properties of fusion bonded epoxy powder, epoxy glass flakes and reinforcing coal-tar epoxy mortar coatings were comprehensively compared through a coating test, and then, the design recommendations were given for the coating choice, curing temperature, curing time, repairing and mending. The results showed that, fusion bonded epoxy powder coating had good anti-corrosion performance, could be dry in short time after sprayed, and was easy to be cured from pinholes and defects, therefore, it was a proper material that could ensure the project quality and reduce the construction time as well. The optimal temperature and time for curing were 120-140℃ and 30-60 min respectively. Coating in one-coat should not be too thick while pinholes and defects could be eliminated by coating. Solventless liquid epoxy coating was recommended for repairing and mending.
