摘 要:由于制药工业废水因药物种类不同、生产工艺不同,其成分差异大、组分复杂、污染物量多,废水具有CODCr浓度高、可生化性差、生物毒性强等显著特点,在原有废水处理系统的基础上进行升级改造,采用了"Fenton氧化-A^2O-砂滤"的深度处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,出水水质满足GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准。该工艺操作灵活、运行稳定,适合处理水质水量波动性较大的制药工业废水,具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,运行成本及动力消耗相对较低。For various kinds and production processes of medications, pharmaceutical wastewater always shows great difference in composition and is featured by complicated component, high content of pollutants, high concentration of CODCr, poor biodegradability, strong biologic toxicity, etc. The original wastewater treatment system was upgraded and reconstructed by using the advanced treatment process of Fenton oxidation-A2O-sand filtration. The actual operation results showed that, the effluent water quality met the specification for A level grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The said process had advantages of flexible manipulation and stable operation, which was suitable for the treatment of the wastewater from pharmaceutical production with great fluctuating quality and quantity; furthermore, its anti shock loading capacity was good, and the operation cost and power consumption were also lower.
