麻枳降浊方治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析评价自拟方麻枳降浊方治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将河北省中医院脾胃病科门诊及住院180例患者随机分为中药组、中成药组和西药组,每组各60例。中药组给予自拟中药汤剂麻枳降浊方,分早晚两次温服;中成药组给予复方芦荟胶囊口服,2粒/次,2次/日;西药组给予西沙必利片,10 mg/次,3次/日。3组均以4周为1疗程,观察3组患者治疗前后临床症状、复发率及安全性检查的客观变化。结果:3个治疗组在改善临床症状方面差异无显著性(P>0.05),但改善症状的程度及3个月的复发率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻枳降浊方治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效与复方芦荟胶囊、西沙必利片相当,但在远期疗效及降低复发率上优于二者,疗效确切。Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of self-made Mazhi Jiangzhuo Fang on constipation-induced IBS. Methods：180 inpatients and outpatients from spleen-stomach department were randomly divided into treatment group with Chinese medicine; Chinese patent medicine group and western medicine group. The treatment group were administered with Mazhi Jiangzhuo Fang,twice a day; Chinese patent medicine group were given Compound Aloe Capsules,2 grains a time,twice a day; Western medicine group were given Cisapride Tablets,10 mg a time,three times a day. 4 weeks as a course of treatment,to observe the changes of the symptoms,recurrence rate and reliability of all patients before and after treatment. Results： There was no significant difference in the symptom improvement between groups（ P 〉0. 05）,but the degree of the improvement and the recurrence rate in 3 months were superior to control groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Mazhi Jiangzhuo Fang has the equal effect with Compound Aloe Capsules and Cisapride Tablets in treating constipation-induced IBS,but with definite curative effect,it is superior to the two in long-term effect and in lowering the recurrence rate.
