摘　　要：针灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效满意,本文检索近5年的期刊文献,从刺血疗法、火针疗法、电针疗法等方面对本病治疗进行综述分析,并对治疗研究中存在的问题提出一些看法与展望。Acupuncture has a good effect in treating acute gouty arthritis. This paper,by searching the documents in periodicals of 5 years,analyzed comprehensively the treatments from the aspect of bloodletting therapy,fire-needle acupuncture and electroacupunture,and brought forward some ideas and outlooks on some problems in treatment and research.
