补肾中药治疗功能失调性子宫出血的现状研究

摘　　要：功能失调性子宫出血是妇科常见病之一,西医治疗虽然起效快,但副作用明显。中医对于崩漏病治疗时根据其病因病机,多以肾脏为主,分析各脏腑之间关系辨证治疗,不但临床效果反应较好,且副作用相对较小。近年发现补肾中药具有改善神经内分泌调节功能,且具有止血、激素样作用。DUB is one of the commonly seen women diseases,which responds quickly to western medical treatment,but with obvious side effect. TCM treats it on syndrome differentiation by analyzing the relation of Zang and Fu,especially the kidney according to its cause and pathogenesis,which has a good clinical effect with little side reaction. It has been found in recent years that Chinese kidney-reinforcing medicine has the function of stopping bleeding as well as improving neuroendocrine regulation.
