摘  要:建立600MW汽轮机高调门蒸汽室壳体三维实体模型,根据高调门实际工作环境,利用有限元软件ANSYS,对高调门蒸汽室壳体在机组额定工况以及冷态启动时的温度场进行模拟分析,进一步计算得到了高调门蒸汽室壳体的应力分布规律,并将两种不同工况下计算得到的高调门蒸汽室壳体的温度场和应力场进行了对比分析,为阀门的性能以及安全运行的分析提供理论基础。The three-dimensional solid model of steam chamber shell in HP governing valve of 600MW steam turbine was built. According to the actual working environment of HP governing valve, the temperature field of steam chamber shell in HP governing valve is simulated and analyzed at rated conditions and cold state start-up by using finite element software ANSYS. Furtherly,the stress distribution laws are obtained by calculating, and the temperature fields and stress fields of steam chamber shell in HP governing valve obtained under two different conditions are compared and analyzed, which provides theoretical foundation for the analysis of the performance and safe operation in valve.
