摘 要:在详细分析导致汽轮机进水或进冷汽的主要因素的基础上,确定各主要参数或变化率的阈值以实时获得对应的状态信息;通过综合分析各主要状态参量设计了准确进行汽轮机进水或进冷汽的预警逻辑;与DCS结合完成了汽轮机进水或进冷汽的集控室现场预警系统和基于短信平台的远程预警系统。通过实际应用证明了该预警策略和系统平台具有良好的实用性,能有效地降低汽轮机进水或冷汽事故发生的概率。Based on the detailed analysis on the water and cool steam intrusion in steam turbine, the key factors and their thresholds were determined to show the state information in real-time; Through comprehensive analysis on the main state parameters, the warning logic was designed to judge whether water or cool steam has intruded into the turbine; Combined with DCS and the warning logic, the warning message can be sent tO the operator in time, at the same time, the managerial personnel can get this message through the SMS platform. The practical application shows that the warning strategy and system platform have good practicability, can effectively reduce the accident probability of water or cool steam intruding the turbine.
