摘　　要：板式换热器以其自身的优点被广泛应用到许多行业中,而某电厂的闭式冷却水系统中的板式换热器在运行中出现压差高报警问题,影响了机组的正常运行。从设备运行、制造、设计等方面对其进行分析,经过分析研究得到影响压差高的因素,其中主要因素是测点的安装问题和设计计算时裕度不够。Plate heat exchanger is widely applied to many industries with its own advantages. Plate heat exchanger of the closed cooling water system in one power station went wrong with high pressure difference during the operation, which has affected the normal operation of the unit. This paper analyzes the problem from the aspects of equipment operation, operating, design, etc. It is concluded from the analysis that the main causes of high pressure drop are the installation of the measuring point and the margin is not enough at the design calculation.
