配汽机构对汽轮机组经济性的影响及优化研究

摘　　要：分析了配汽机构节流损失影响汽轮机组经济性的机理,指出节流损失导致汽轮机理想焓降的降低、做功能力下降。组成配汽机构的各个部件,包括主汽门、调节汽门、滤网、预启阀等,与节流损失的形成均有关系,部件的特性和配汽方式也会影响汽轮机配汽机构的节流损失。分析了节流损失产生原因,并提出了减少损失的技术路线。This paper analyze the effect of the valve gear throttling loss on the economy of steam turbo unit, indicating that the throttling loss is the reason to the decrease of the ideal enthalpy drop and the loss of the Workability. Components of the valve gear including the throttle valve, the interceptor valve and the steam distribution method can affect the throttling loss. Moreover, the cause of the throttling loss is analyzed and the means to reduce the throttling loss are proposed.
