清热抗毒煎剂治疗普通型手足口病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清热抗毒煎剂治疗普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法将303例普通型手足口病患儿随机分为3组。中药组99例,予清热抗毒煎剂治疗;西药组101例,予利巴韦林注射液治疗;中西结合组103例,予清热抗毒煎剂联合利巴韦林注射液治疗。观察3组临床症状、体征变化情况评价疗效,比较3组退热时间、皮疹消退时间及口腔黏膜溃疡积分变化。结果 3组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组疗效相当;3组退热时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),退热时间相当;3组皮疹消退时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药治疗组皮疹消退时间最短,中西医结合组次之,西药治疗组最长;3组治疗前后口腔黏膜溃疡积分差值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),积分变化水平相当。结论清热抗毒煎剂治疗普通型手足口病安全有效,有明显的退热、促进皮疹消退、减轻症状、缩短病程等综合效应,优势明显,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qingre - kangdu decoction on the treatment of ordinary hand - foot - mouth disease. Methods 303 children with ordinary hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） were randomly divided into three groups. 99 children in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） group were treated by Qingre - kangdu decoction. 101 children in western medicine group were treated by Ribavirin injection. 103 children in integrated Chinese and western medicine group were treated by Qingre -kangdu decoction combined with Ribavirin injection. The clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed in three groups for the curative effect evaluation. The changes of fever subsidence time, erythra regression time and the ulcer of oral mucosa integral were compared among three groups. Results There was no statistical difference on total effective rate among three groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no statistical difference on fever subsidence time among three groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was statistical difference on erythra regression time among three groups （P 〈 0.05）. Erythra regression time in TCM group was the least, integrated Chinese and western medicine group came second, and erythra regression time in western medicine group was the longest. There was no statistical difference on the ulcer of oral mucosa integral difference before and after treatment in three groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Qingre - kangdu decoction has safe and reliable effect on the treatment of ordinary HFMD, has obvious combined effect of anti -fever, promote erythra regression, relieve the symptoms and shorten the course of disease, has obvious advantages.
