摘　　要：目的观察疏血通注射液对感染性休克患者组织灌注及预后的影响。方法将80例感染性休克患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上应用疏血通注射液治疗,2组均治疗7 d。观察2组治疗前后尿量、乳酸、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心指数(CI),比较2组血管活性药物总用量及28 d病死率。结果 2组治疗后乳酸、BUN、Cr、AST、ALT均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后降低较对照组治疗后更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗后尿量、LVEF、CI均较本组治疗前增加(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后增加较对照组治疗后更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺、去甲肾上腺素总用量少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组28 d病死率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液可改善感染性休克患者的组织灌注,降低死亡率。Objective To observe the effects of Shuxuetong injection on tissue perfusion and prognosis in septic shock patients. Methods 80 septic shock patients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in control group were treated by routine therapy. 40 patients in treatment group were treated by Shuxuetong injection on the basis of Control group treatment. The treatment course was 7 days in two groups. The clinical indexes auch as urine volume, lactic acid, urea nitrogen, creatinine, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, alanine aminotransferase （ ALT）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and cardiac index were observed before and after treatment in two groups. The total volume of vasoactive drugs and 28 d case fatality rate were compared between two groups, Results The levels of lactic acid, urea nitrogen, creatinine, AST and ALT after treatment were decreased in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the decrease in treatment group was more obviously as compared with that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The urine volume, LVEF and cardiac index after treatment were increased in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the increase in treatment group was more obviously as compared with that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total dosage of dopamine, dobutamine and norepiephrine in treatment group was less than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The 28 d case fatality rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shuxu- etong injection can improve tissue perfusion in septic shock patients, reduce the mortality.
