四川省德阳市埃柯病毒6型的基因特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省德阳市埃柯病毒6型(echovirus 6,E6)的基因特征。方法对2013年德阳市手足口病咽拭子标本的病毒分离阳性株进行核苷酸测序,获取的E6毒株序列与世界各地的E6参考株序列构建进化树并分析基因特征。结果4株E6分离株中,3株VP1区核苷酸序列一致,与另1株仅有1个核苷酸差异。同E6原型株(D'Amori)比较,核苷酸一致性≥77.0%。进化树分析显示,德阳市E6分离株为C2基因亚型,与部分山东分离株聚集在同一进化分支上。结论德阳市E6为C2基因亚型。其中3份标本来自同一地区的不同月份,提示E6在此地持续传播。Objective To investigate genetic characterization of echovirus 6（E6）in Deyang city.Methods Virus isolation and nucleotide sequencing were performed towards throat swab specimens collected from patients with hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）in 2013,genetic characterization of Deyang E6 strains was analyzed with other E6 strains in the world based on phylogenetic relationship of VP1 region.Results Of 4Deyang E6 strains,3had identical sequences in VP1 region,and had one nucleotide difference compared with another strain.Nucleotide identities between Deyang strains and E6 prototype strain（D＇Amori）were at least 77.0%.Phylogenetic analysis showed Deyang strains belonged to C2 subgenogroup,and clustered with some strains from Shangdong province in the one lineage.Conclusion E6 in Deyang city belongs to C2 subgenogroup.Three out of 4specimens were collected from one county in different months,suggesting E6 circulated in this area.
