摘 要:以非溶剂调控铸膜液通过非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)法制备出具有海绵结构的聚醚砜超滤膜。主要研究水、异丙醇、丙三醇和聚乙二醇等几种非溶剂对超滤膜结构的影响,考察膜结构对凝固浴的依赖性,通过扫描电子显微镜对膜的断面结构进行表征。结果表明:膜截面结构随着铸膜液中铸膜液状态的变化而变化,当铸膜液处于分相临界点(浊点)附近状态,膜截面指状孔逐渐消失,最终得到纯海绵状结构,并探索出NIPS法制备海绵状结构超滤膜的工艺条件。Polyethersulfone(PES)ultra-filtration membrane with special spongy structure was fabricated by nonsolvent induced phase speration(NIPS)utinizing nonsolvent to adjust the spinning dope.The influence of several nonsolvents including water,isopropanol(IPA),glycerinum and polyethylene glycol(PEG),as well as mixed nonsolvent and coagulating bath on spongy structure and membrane thickness were studied.The cross-section structure of membranes were characterized by scan electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicated that the cross-section structure was changed by the nonsolvent concentration in dopes.When it closed to the critical point of liquid-liquid phase separation(cloud point),membranes with perfect spongy structure was formed in water bath.Besides,optimal thickness of membranes was necessary on control of the spongy structure.
