摘  要:选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为主要原料,用双酚A型环氧树脂和氨基硅烷复合改性制备水性聚氨酯。研究了体系中n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)、DMPA用量、环氧树脂与氨基硅烷的配比对乳液及涂膜的影响,并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、粒径分析仪、接触角仪和热重分析仪(TGA)对乳液及涂膜进行了表征。结果表明:n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)为1.5∶1,DMPA用量为5%-7%,环氧树脂添加量为8%,氨基硅烷的用量为4%时,乳液外观及稳定性好,平均粒径为24.56nm;涂膜硬度达2H,吸水率仅为2.3%,耐热性显著提高;综合性能优异,可作为防腐蚀涂料用树脂,应用于多领域。Waterborne polyurethane emulsion(WPU)was prepared using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),poly-1,4-butylene adipate glycol(PBA),2,2-dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),1,4-butanediol(BDO)as main raw material,with bisphenol A epoxy resin and aminosilane as modifiers.The effect of the value of n(—NCO)∶n(—OH),DMPA content and the content ratio of epoxy to aminosilane on emulsion and coating performance were investigated.The emulsion and coating performance were characterized through infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),particle size analyzer,automatic contact angle meter and thermogravimetic analyzer(TGA).The results showed that the emulsion had good appearance and stability when n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)was 1.5∶1,DMPA dosage was 6%-7%,the dosage of epoxy was 8%and the dosage of aminosilane was 4%.At the same time,the average particle size was 24.56 nm,coating hardness was up to 2H,water uptake was only2.3% and heat resistance was improved significantly.The composite modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion can be used as high-grade anticorrosive coating and applied in many fields.
