改性PVDF膜的制备及其抗紫外线性能的研究

摘  要:采用浸没沉淀法制备玄武岩纤维粉体改性PVDF膜。利用SEM观察膜的表面形态,测试膜的厚度、密度、接触角以及抗紫外线性能等对膜进行表征,探究玄武岩纤维粉体含量对膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维粉体质量分数的增加,共混膜表面逐渐变得致密,断面变得不规整;膜的厚度逐渐变大,密度逐渐变小,孔隙率、接触角均增大;断裂伸长率呈先增大后减小的趋势,而断裂强度的变化与之相反;玄武岩纤维粉体与PVDF共混,可以使PVDF膜对紫外线的反射率增大、透过率减小、吸收率增大,共混膜具有很好的抗紫外线性能。Using immersion precipitation method,preparation of basalt fiber powder modified PVDF membrane was carried out.Blend films was observed by SEM surface morphology,the film thickness,density,contact angle and anti-UV properties of films were characterized.The effects of powder content on membrane performance were explored.The results showed that:with the increasing of mass fraction of powder the blend gradually became dense,the cross section became irregular.The thickness of film became larger,the density became smaller,the porosity and contact angle was increased.The elongation firstly increased then decreased,while the change of fracture strength was contrary.After basalt fiber powder blended with PVDF,PVDF membrane allowed UV reflectivity increased,the transmittance decreased,the absorption rate increased.The blend film had good UV resistance.
