摘  要:研究了将功能填料添加到RTV硅橡胶中制备复合RTV硅橡胶绝热层。考察了在氧乙炔烧蚀、模拟冲压发动机(温度2000K左右、气流速度600-800m/s、富氧度15%-18%)2种实验条件下,功能填料添加量对复合RTV硅橡胶绝热层烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明:RTV硅橡胶绝热层的固液质量体积比在0.54-1.86之间时,绝热层的烧蚀性能与胶料的固液质量体积比成正比;当固液质量体积比为0.54时,功能填料对烧蚀性能的影响明显;当固液质量体积比为1.86时,绝热层烧蚀性能最优;氧乙炔烧蚀实验(烧蚀时间30s)测得烧蚀率为0.002mm/s,模拟冲压发动机实验(烧蚀时间501s)测得烧蚀率为0.005mm/s。In RTV silicone rubber matrix,special filler with different functions will significantly improve the ablation performance.Through the research of changes of filler content in the silicone rubber matrix,the ablative properties of material to achieve the optimal solid-liquid ratio range were explored.In the numerical area,the ratio of insulation ablation performance was proportional to the size of the relationship.Through the oxyacetylene ablation experiment and simulation of ramjet(about 2000 Ktemperature and airflow speed of 600-800m/s,15%-18% oxygen enrichment),two kinds of experiments to verify the accuracy of the results.When the solid-liquid ratio was 0.54,the function change effect of filler on the ablation performance occured significant.When the solid-liquid ratio was 1.86,the optimal performance of insulation ablation occured.By oxyacetylene ablation test(ablation time of 30seconds)the ablation rate was measured reach to 0.002mm/s.Under simulation of stamping engine experimental conditions(ablation time of 501seconds),the ablation rate was0.005mm/s.
