摘  要:为实现静脉输液的智能化与网络化,研制了一套以STM32为核心的输液监控系统。该系统具有液滴检测、液滴速度显示与控制、余液显示、无线通信和声光报警等功能。系统采用红外对管检测莫菲氏滴管内的液滴滴落情况,用步进电机及配套传动装置控制液滴流速,用OLED显示屏显示液滴速度及剩余液量,用WIFI232模块实现无线通信。若发生异常情况,利用蜂鸣器和LED灯进行声光报警,相关人员可根据提醒及时处理。该系统具有很好的应用前景。In order to realize intelligent and networked intravenous transfusion, a monitoring system based on STM32 is developed. The system can perform liquid drop detection, liquid drop speed display and control, residual liquid display, wireless communication, sound and light alarm, etc. In this system, infrared tube is used to detect whether the drop in the Murphy tube is falling, step motor and its auxiliary drive devices are used to control liquid drop speed, the liquid drop speed and the residual liquid volume are displayed by OLED, wireless communication is realized by WIFI232. In the abnormal case, the alarming of buzzer and LED lights will alert to catch the attention of nurses. This system has great application potentials.
