摘　　要：现阶段,依靠科技创新驱动加快农业发展方式转变还面临一些困难和挑战。为此,应加强农业科技和创新能力建设的统筹规划,健全财政引导的农业科技多元融资机制;健全农业技术转移和转化机制,强化农业科技创新向产业创新转化的动力支撑;优化公共农业服务机构的职能定位,加快推进其改革创新;完善创新创业环境,引导服务主体通过转型升级推进科技与经济融合发展;用产业链、供应链、价值链等现代产业发展理念和组织方式创新科技与经济融合发展的途径,推动农业科技创新、业态创新、商业模式创新和组织制度创新协同发展。At this stage, relying on scientific and technological innovation driven to speed up the transformation of agricultural development mode is also facing some difficulties and challenges. We should strengthen overall plan of agricultural innovation capacity building, perfecting pluralistic financing mechanisms to guide agricultural science and technology by fiscal policies; improve transferring and transforming mechanism of agricultural technology, strengthen power support that transforms agricultural science and technology innovation into industrial innovation; optimize functioning orientation of organization providing public agricultural service to accelerate its reform and innovation; improve innovative and entrepreneurial environment to promote integration of technology and economy by guiding service sector＇s transformation and upgrade; findnew ways to realize the integration of technology and economy by industrial chain, supply chain, value chain and other modern industrial development philosophy and organization mode, and motivate coordinated development of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, agricultural format innovation, agricultural business model innovation, and agricultural systematic innovation.
