摘　　要：对基于半导体光放大器(SOA)的交叉增益调制(XGM)型全光波长转换系统进行了系统设计和实验研究。设计了基于SOA的全光波长转换器的实验架构,并分析了不同输入参数对输出消光比和光信噪比等性能的影响,搭建了基于SOA全光波长转换器的三路波分复用系统,并对它们进行了实验验证以及输出消光比和光信噪比的分析和测量。The paper did theoretical design and experimental research on all-optical wavelength conversion system based on cross-gain modulation （XGM） of semiconductor optical amplifier （SOA）.It designed experimental architecture of all-optical wavelength conversion system based on SOA, and analyzed the effect of the different input parameters to output extinction ratio and OSNR and other performance,then built a 3-way WDM system of SOA-based all-optical wavelength converter, and did experimental verification as well as analyzed and measured its output extinction ratio and optical signal to noise ratio.
