摘 要:利用AFLP标记技术对78份杧果种质进行遗传多样性分析,结果显示,9对AFLP引物共产生908个等位位点,平均每对引物产生100.89个等位位点,多态性带为794条,共产生42个特异性位点,能区分21份种质,单态带25条,缺失带17条,特异性条带比例为4.63%,多态性比例为87.44%。不同种质间的相似系数范围是0.603~0.913,平均相似系数为0.735。聚类分析结果显示,以遗传相似性系数0.726为阈值,供试的78份种质可分成5个类群。主成分分析结果将供试的78份种质可分成4个类群,通过空间距离更能直观地表现种质间关系远近。78 mango accessions were studied for the analysis of genetic verity by AFLP molecular marker. The results indicated that the 78 accessions could be separated by 9 primer combinations. The primers amplified 908 reproducible fragments with an average of 100.89 and 794 bands were polymorphic in nature. A total of 42 specific sites were detected with the ratio of 4.63%, including 25 mono bands, 17 missing bands. It meant that the specific bands could separate 21 from the 78 accessions. Polymorphism ratio was 87.44%. GSC among the 78 accessions ranged from 0.603 to 0.913 with an average of 0.735. When GSC 0.726 as the threshold, the 78 mango accessions were clustered into five major groups by unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages. Principal component analysis results showed that the 78 mango accessions could be divided into four groups. The intuitive performance of these materials relationship could be visually shown by spatial distance.
