农户生物资产抵押融资意愿影响因素分析——基于Logistic模型的估计

摘　　要：以河南省新乡县、中牟县、光山县、汝阳县实地调查数据为依据,运用二元Logistic回归模型对影响农户生物资产抵押融资意愿主要因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:户主年龄、家庭总人口、货款经历等变量对农户生物资产抵押融资意愿影响显著。因此,积极开展农村生物资产抵押融资试点、加强社会服务体系建设、完善生物资产抵押融资相关政策势在必行。Based on the investigation in four pilot counties（Xinxiang, Zhongmu, Guangshan, Ruyang）in Henan Province, the paper made an statistical analysis on influential factors of farmer household＇s biological assets mortgage financing by using the binary logistic regression analysis model. The results showed family income,gender household population and payment experiences age have great influence on farmer household＇s biological assets mortgage financing.Finally, the paper put forward some proposals, such as conducting the pilot of farmer household＇s biological assets mortgage and advancing the construction of rural social security system etc.
