摘　　要：非法采伐和相关贸易给全球社会、经济及生态的可持续发展带来破坏性影响,是国际社会共同关注的热点,更是国际合作打击的主要目标。国际法主体即国家、政府间国际组织与部分非政府组织应当成为关注和打击非法采伐和相关贸易的绝对力量。中国作为国际社会的负责任大国以及政府间国际组织与森林资源保护国际条约的成员国,必须充分履行国际法的义务,认真对待非法采伐和相关贸易问题。可持续发展战略是中国参与国际打击非法采伐和相关贸易的必然选择。Illegal logging and related trade has a destructive impact on the sustainable development of global society,economy and ecology. It is the hot topic for international community and especially the primary target for international cooperation. The subjects of international law, referred as to states, intergovernmental organizations（IGOs）and part of non-governmental organizations（NGOs）, play a decisive role in combating it. As a responsible big country of international community and state member of IGOs and international treaties of forest resources protection,China ought to fully perform the obligations of international law and take seriously to the issue on illegal logging and related trade. Sustainable development strategy is an inevitable choice for China to participate in combating illegal logging and related trade with international cooperation.
