摘　　要：减少砍伐和退化所致排放量(REDD+)被认为是借助市场机制对热带雨林提供的生态服务进行补偿,激励发展中国家降低森林砍伐速度和毁林水平,减缓未来温室效应的有效措施之一。文章通过对现有文献梳理,分别从制度绩效、机会成本、毁林原因、实施的公平性与关键措施方面对REDD+机制进行了研究评述,认为REDD+机制实施的核心问题是"补偿",即"谁补偿、补偿谁、如何补偿"的问题;最后认为,中国政府在实施REDD+机制方面具有天然优势,应尽快设计并参与REDD+机制。Reducing emissions from deforestation and degradation plus（REDD＋） mechanism is considered to be one of the effective measures to slow down the Greenhouse effect in the future, developed countries compensated developing countries be market mechanism, encourage developing countries to slow deforestation and forest management level of ascension. This article reviews the ongoing paper on REDD＋, respectively from the system performance, the opportunity cost, cause of deforestation, fairness and key measures on the implementation of research reviews of REDD＋ mechanism, think REDD ＋ implementation mechanism is the core issue of＂compensation＂, namely who＂compensation＂, compensation, and how to compensate the problem; Finally thought, the Chinese government has a natural advantage in implementing REDD＋ mechanism, should design and participate in REDD＋ mechanism as soon as possible
