摘 要:介绍了东风乘用车BF2项目后背门内板OP60工序上、下翻边整形模具设计过程,研究了后背门内板翻边整形模具上、下翻边先后顺序、翻边的力量计算和模具结构。模具设计计算方法是将翻边整形力量计算转换为冲裁力的百分比计算,冲裁力的弧长按翻边整形分模线长度计算,翻边整形力大小确定上、下翻边先后顺序。模具结构设计方面增加反侧装置,解决了凸模受侧向力问题,校核了上、下翻边压力。通过生产实践证明,模具设计合理,满足自动化冲压线批量生产的要求。The design of flanging and restriking die for back door internal plate in the sixth process on BF2 project was introduced,and flanging sequence,power calculations and die structure was studied in the paper.During the calculation,the flanging force was converted to the percentage of the blanking force,and arc length of blanking force was caculated according to the flanging and restriking parting line length.The order of flanging was determined by flanging RST force value.For the die structure,the reverse side device was added to solve the problem of convex die under lateral force.Besides,flanging force was checked.The production practice has proved that,the die is reasonable,can meet the requirements for mass production of automatic stamping line.
