摘　　要：分析了薄壁U型制件产品的工艺方案,详细阐述了U型制件冲压模具的主要结构设计特点,凸模、下模座、滑块结构及工作原理,巧妙地利用带内斜楔的弯模,提高了生产效率。通过生产验证,该模具满足生产需要,降低了生产成本。The process plan of the thin walled U products was analyzed in the paper.The main structure design features of the U type parts were expounded in detail.Also,the structure of punch,lower die holder and slider as well as the working process were introduced.The bending die with inner wedge was used to improve the product efficiency.The actual production proves that the die meets the production needs,and can reduce production costs.
