摘　　要：以散热风扇型腔模用曲面薄壁电极为加工实例,详细分析了模具制造过程中,曲面薄壁电极的结构特点、电极材料的选用,并在生产实践中多次探索,最终通过正确选择刀具、选用合理的切削参数、工艺措施和工艺路线,有效地解决了曲面薄壁石墨电极的数控加工技术难题。Taking cooling fan cavity mould with curved thin-walled electrode as a processing example,the structural features of curved thin electrode and selection of electrode materials were analyzed in detail.After exploring many times in the production practice,we finally got the experience to select the appropriate cutting tool,reasonable cutting parameters,process measures and routings.Thus,the problem of NC machining technology of curved thin-walled graphite electrode was effectively solved.
