摘　　要：1947年越剧明星筱丹桂自杀案轰动一时。该案发生后,警察机关、法律机关陆续介入,最终张春帆无罪释放。这一结果显然超出了舆论的认可范围,但是这与该案背后的嵊县旅沪同乡会、越剧业有着直接关系。围绕筱丹桂自杀案,法律、舆论、嵊县旅沪同乡会、越剧姐妹等进行了持续博弈,进而影响该案的走向。The suicide of Yue Star Xiao Dangui became a sensation in 1947. The police and legal organs were successively involved into the case. Zhang Chunfan was finally acquitted,which was beyond recognition of the general public. The case had much to do with the hometown association of Shengxian County( in Zhejiang Province) in Shanghai and Yueju Opera that directly influenced the result of the case.
