摘　　要：低T3综合征(low triiodothyronine syndrome,LT3S)又称正常甲状腺病态功能综合征或非甲状腺疾病综合征,是指在多种应激状态下出现的非甲状腺疾病引起的甲状腺激素代谢紊乱。临床上无甲状腺功能减低的症状,实验室检查主要以血清总T3和游离T3水平降低,反T3增高,血清甲状腺素和促甲状腺激素水平正常为特征。重症疾病状态下常伴有甲状腺激素水平异常,其中以LT3最为常见,并与患者的预后及远期生存率相关。认识LT3对临床工作具有重要意义。现就LT3的发病机制、与相关常见重症疾病的关系作一简要综述。Low triiodothyronine syndrome （LT3S）, which also named as normal thyroidal syndrome or non-thyroidal illness syndrome, refers to a variety of stress state of thyroid hormone metabolism disorders. LT3S is characterized by decreased total serum T3 and free T3, increased serum reverse triiodothyronine and normal thyroxine and thyrotropin in laboratory and no symptoms of thyroid dysfunction in clinic. It was reported that, severe disease patients were often along with abnormal thyroid hormone levels, in which LT3S was the most common and closely related with the prognosis and long-term survival rate of patients. Since the important significance of LT3S in clinical work, the pathogenesis of LT3 and the relationship between LT3S and the related diseases are reviewed in the paper.
