摘 要:单板滑雪技术动作繁多复杂,对其进行分类是训练科学化、高效化的一个重要基石。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法对单板U型场地滑雪技术动作进行了科学分类。提出了该项目技术分类的依据,归纳了该项目技术动作的种类,包括滑行技术类、空中技术类、抓板技术类;对各类技术动作下的单个动作进行了界定和释义,针对不同类别的技术动作,提出了相应的训练原则和方法,为单板U型场地滑雪运动员扎实掌握技术动作,快速提升难度动作,科学有效训练提供了理论依据。Technical movements of halfpipe are very complicated. It is an important basis for the scientific and efficient training to classify these movements. The technical movements of halfpipe are classified with the methods of literature and expert interviews. The basis of technical classification of halfpipe is put forward. The types of technical movements are summarized, which include sliding, air and grabbing. For every single movement of all technical movements are defined. For different kinds of technical movements, the corresponding training principles and methods are put forward, which can provide a theoretical basis for halfpipe snowboarders to master technical movements, to improve difficult movements fast and to provide the scientific and effective training.
