摘  要:单板U型场地青少年运动员的体能是各项运动技术、战术得以顺利发挥的基础和保证,设计出一套适合青少年运动员自身特点的体能训练方法为该项目的训练创新提供借鉴。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法等方法,以沈阳体育学院单板滑雪队的6名运动员为研究对象,在夏季陆地阶段采用新的体能训练方法进行对比研究。结果表明新设计的体能训练方法适合青少年单板U型场地运动员的需要,能明显地提高一般身体素质与专项身体素质,如爆发力、速度、耐力、协调性、稳定性以及核心力量等,是一套行之有效的体能训练方法。Physical fitness of young halfpipe snowboarders is the basis and guarantee for the success of all the techniques and tactics. A physical training method which is suitable for the characteristics of young athletes provides a reference for the innovation of training. By using the methods of literature, expert interviews, experiments and others, six athletes from Shenyang Sport University as the research objects are researched comparatively with new physical training methods in summer land period. The results show that new physical training method is suitable for young halfpipe snowboarders' need, and can improve the general physical qualities significantly, such as explosive force, speed, endurance, coordination, stability and core strength, which is a set of effective training method.
