摘  要:为提高不锈钢铣削的加工质量和效率,通过不锈钢切削正交试验,研究了铣削参数对表面粗糙度和铣削力的影响。采用田口法和方差分析法对铣削参数进行了优选并分析了铣削参数对表面粗糙度和铣削力影响的显著性。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,表面粗糙度和铣削力随着铣削深度和每齿进给量的增加而增加,随着铣削速度的增大而减小。每齿进给量对表面粗糙度的影响最为显著,铣削深度对铣削力的影响最为显著。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the processing in milling of stainless steel, the orthogonal experiment of milling was done to investigate the effect of milling parameters on surface roughness and milling force.Taguchi method and the analysis of variance were applied to optimize the milling parameters and the significance of milling parameters on surface roughness and milling force were analyzed. The results indicate that in the range of the experimental parameters, the surface roughness and milling force increases with the increase of milling depth and feed per tooth, while decreasing with the increase of milling speed. The most significant variable for the surface roughness in milling of stainless steel was the feed rate while the milling force is most significant to milling depth.
