摘 要:目的了解流感暴发病例的地理分布特征对疫情的影响,为疫情防控提供参考依据。方法搜集哈尔滨市流感疫情监测系统同一时期3起流感暴发事件的资料进行分析。结果 3所学校建筑物分布基本一致,疫情持续时间,罹患率有所差别,寝室学生混编在疫情扩散中起了重要作用。结论流感疫情的早期控制,以控制传染源为主,学生校间接触为疫情的暴发主要原因。Objective To investigate the impact of the geographical distribution characteristic of pandemic influenza cases to the epidemic situation and provide references for the prevention and control. Methods Three pandemic influenza cases were collected during the same period from Harbin pandemic influenza epidemic situation monitoring system and making the analysis. Results The distribution of the buildings in the 3 schools was basically identical. Differences existed in the duration and the attack rate. Students mixed in different bedrooms played an important role in the preventing of the spread of the influenza. Conclusion Controlling sources of infection should be the primary early control of the epidemic. The main reason of epidemic outbreak is the contact between the students.
