摘 要:目的分析2013-2014年深圳市南山区病媒生物监测结果,了解病媒生物种群密度和季节规律,为控制病媒生物的危害提供可靠依据。方法在农贸市场、餐饮、居民区、医院等不同类型场所分别采用鼠笼法、笼诱法、灯诱法及粘捕法监测鼠密度、成蝇密度、成蚊密度及蟑螂密度。结果鼠类活动高峰期在6月,鼠种构成以褐家鼠为优势种。成蚊活动高峰期为5~9月,蚊种构成以致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊为主。蝇类5、6月为活跃期,蝇种以大头金蝇为优势种。蟑螂6、7月活动较频繁,以德国小蠊占绝对优势。结论开展病媒生物监测与分析,以利于相关部门在病媒生物活动高峰期做好病媒生物防治和相关传染病的预防与控制工作。控制的重点是:鼠类在旧屋村,蚊在公园,苍蝇在农贸市场,蟑螂在餐饮业和农贸市场。Objective To analyze the surveillance date of species density and seasonal variation of main medical vectors in Nanshan district of Shenzhen in 2013-2014,provide scientific evidence for preventing and controlling medical vectors. Methods Light trapping,cage trapping,night mouse trapping,and sticky trapping were used to catch adult mosquitoes,flies,rodents,cockroaches and calculate their density respectively. Results Rodents were more active in June. Rattus norvegicus were dominant species. Mosquito activity period also showed one peak from May to September. Culexquinquefasciatus and aedesalbopictus accounted for large proportions of mosquitoes in this area. Flies population density was highest in May and June. Chrysomya were dominant species. Cockroach acted most frequently in June and July. Blattella germanica dominated the cockroach populations. Conclusion Concentrations should be paid on prevention and control of medical vectors during their active phases. Measures should be carried out in old houses to control rodents. Mosquito control should be enforced in parks,while fly control should be taken in farmer's markets and cockroach control in restaurants and farmer's markets.
