摘 要:目的研究应用液相色谱荧光检测器不经衍生化直接测定生活饮用水中呋喃丹含量。方法应用固相萃取技术,对水样进行预防处理,以甲醇/水为流动相,Symmetry C_(18)4.6 mm×250 mm 5μm柱为分析柱,荧光检测器直接测定生活饮用水中呋喃丹含量。结果方法检出限〈0.000 25 mg/L,线性范围:0.050-10.0 mg/L有良好线性关系,线性相关系数r〉0.999 9。准确度86.7%-88.5%,精密度5.46%-7.06%。结论应用该方法能够满足生活饮用水中呋喃丹含量测定要求,方法简便、准确、快速、高效。Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method for detection carbofuran in drinking water by solid phase extraction( SPE). Methods Column was symmetry C18( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm); Mobile phase was methanol-water; column temperature was 30℃; Detector was fluorescence detector( FL),excitation wavelength was 272 nm and emission wavelength 302 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 050-10. 0 mg / L for carbofuran,average recoveries of spiked standard materials at three quantity levels were from 86. 7% to 88. 5%,and RSD was from 5. 46% to7. 06%. Conclusion The method is applicable to determination of carbofuran in drinking water for convenience,accuracy and efficiency.
