摘　　要：On September 19,China Association for Science and Technology(CAST)released the 9th Survey Result of Scientific Quality of Chinese Citizens.The survey reveals that,in 2015,the proportion of Chinese citizens with scientific quality reached 6.20%,an increase of nearly 90%compared to3.27%in 2010,which has achieved the goal of exceeding 5%of Chinese citizens in scientific quality in the Twelfth Five-year Plan.The levels ofOn September 19, China Association for Science and Technology （CAST） released the 9th Survey Result of Scientific Quality of Chinese Citizens.
