摘  要:地理标志是一项成熟的原产地资源保护制度,与生物资源保护有密切关系.该制度有两项重要的功能,一是通过严格质量技术要求及技术标准控制原产地产品质量,二是通过特定名称专用许可支持原产地资源可持续性保护机制.地理标志制度保护内容包括:名称、种源、范围、立地条件、种植、管理、采收、加工、感官指标、理化指标等,该制度在我国近年来的实施效果及实践证明,有效设计及充分利用地理标志制度,能够对产地的生物种群及群落保护、土壤利用、环境污染、重金属控制、农药残留控制等起极大促进作用.本文通过三个层面展开论述,一是地理标志是生物资源保护的重要制度选择;二是地理标志制度对生物资源保护的技术路线与操作设计;三是地理标志制度对生物资源的可持续利用机制.Geographical Indication System is a matured protection system of original producing area,closely related to conservation of biological resources. The system has two major functions. Firstly,the system can be used as controlling the quality of original products through strict quality and technical requirements and technical standards. Secondly,it could support the original resources sustainability protection by specific name right of use. This system includes name,provenance,scope,site conditions,planting,management,harvesting,processing,sensory indicators,physical and chemical indicators.Recently,the implementation and practical effect of the system in China has proved that it would be highly valuable to biological population and community protection, soil utilization, environmental pollution,heavy metal and pesticide residue control by effective design and take full advantage of the system. This paper discusses the issue in three levels,one is that geographical indications system is an important option for biological resources protection; another is designing and operating the geographical indications system to protect biological resources; the last is the analysis on the mechanism of original resources sustainability by geographical indications system.
