摘　　要：本文介绍了精益管理内涵及工具，对国内外医院应用精益管理进行概述。探讨在医改新形势下如何运用精益思想，建立精益管理体系，优化服务流程，降低运营成本，提升患者满意度，逐步实现国家卫生计生委“进一步改善医疗服务行动计划”目标。This paper introduces the connotation of lean management and tools, to the hospital at home and abroad application of lean management were summarized. In health care reform under the new situation, the use of lean thinking, lean management system, optimizing the service process, reduce operating costs, improve patient satisfaction, gradually achieve national health family planning ＂to further improve the medical service action plan＂ goal.
