乌鲁木齐市米东区农村居民健康状况、健康知识知晓及行为差异的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市米东区农村居民基本健康状况、健康知识知晓情况及健康行为差异现状,为当地健康教育以及健康促进提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,对乌鲁木齐市米东区农村地区941人进行问卷调查。结果乌鲁木齐市米东区农村居民2周患病率为29.86%,不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况及职业农村居民2周患病率差异均有统计学意义。2周患病情况中,高血压占33.45%,其次为上呼吸道感染(14.23%)。居民健康知识的知晓率为49.64%。健康行为中,不吸烟、不喝酒或少饮、坚持锻炼身体、每天坚持吃早餐情况较为乐观,但居民自我保健意识差,且获取卫生保健知识的积极性较低,主要方式为看电视。结论乌鲁木齐市米东区农村居民健康知识知晓程度普遍较低,行为形成有待提高。应根据当地卫生状况、实际情况和需求,开展相应的健康教育和健康促进工作,进一步提高人群整体健康水平。Objective To comprehend the rural residents basic health status,health knowledge awareness and health behavior differences status in Midong district of Urumqi as to be the reference of the local health education and health promotion.Methods Using stratified random cluster sampling and questionnaire survey of 941 people in Midong district of Urumqi.Results The two-week prevalence rate was 29.86%,in which the difference of genders,ages,cultural degrees,marital status and careers were statistically significant.Two-week prevalence of hypertension was 33.45%,followed by upper respiratory tract infection（14.23%）.Residents awareness of health knowledge was 49.64%.In health behavior,no smoking,no drinking or drinking less,keeping exercising,and eating breakfast every day were more optimistic,but poor residents were of self health care consciousness,and same to the enthusiasm to acquisition of health care knowledge,the main way to which was by watching TV.Conclusion The rural residents health knowledge degree is generally low in Midong district of Urumqi,which the behavior formation needs to be improved.According to local conditions and health status,demand,the corresponding health education and health promotion should be carried out to further improve the overall health level of people.
