HPV16-E6/E7在尖锐湿疣患者癌前病变分级诊断中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的 评价HPV16-E6/E7在尖锐湿疣患者癌前病变分级诊断中的作用.方法 将2013年12月-2014年12月来本院就诊的100例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,采集所有患者的宫颈口样本,利用进行26种HPV基因亚型检测以及HPV16-E6/E7的基因检测.根据HPV 16-E6/E7在不同病变分级中检出率的不同,分析其中临床诊断中的提示作用.结果 HPV总检出率为24.0％（24/100）,其中高危型（HPV 16、HPV18、HPV31、HPV33、HPV35、HPV39、HPV45）、低危型（HPV6、HPV 11、HPV40、HPV42、HPV44）和混合型（HPV 16和HPV11、HPV33和HPV40）检出率分别为17.0％ （17/100）,5.0％ （5/100）和2.0％（2/100）.炎症组、CIN组、癌症组HPV 16-E6检出率分别为5％、20％、30％,三者检出的差异显著（P＜0.05）;HPV16-E7检出率分别为50％、65％、79％,三者检出的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 HPV 16-E6/E7基因与宫颈疾病及其癌变的关系密切.Objective To analysis precancerous lesion grading value of HPV16 E6 / E7 in the diagnosis of patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods 100 patients confirmed with genital warts were selected as research objects from December, 2013 to December 2014.Cervical epithelium samples were obtained from all patients and detected for HPV genotyping and HPV16-E6/E7.The diagnosis value was analyzed based on the results of HPV16-E6/E7 in different pathology grades.Results The total detection rate of HPV was 24.0% （24/100） and the positive rate of high-risk （HPV 16, HPV18, HPV31, HPV33, HPV35, HPV39, HPV 45）, low-risk type （HPV6, HPV11, HPV40, HPV 42, HPV44） and mixed type （HPV 16 and HPV11,HPV33 and HPV40） were 17.0% （17/100）, 5.0% （5/100） and 2.0% （2/100）, respectively.The detection rates of HPV 16-E6 in inflammation group, CIN group, Cancer group were 5%, 20%, 30%, respectively.There was significant difference between three groups （P 〈 0.05）.The detection rates of HPV16-E7 in three groups were 50%, 65%, 79%, respectively.The difference was significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions HPV 16-E6/E7 gene were closely associated with cervical disease and cancerous.
