摘  要:普施安红(Procion Red,PR)MX-5B是一种活性单偶氮染料,在其生产和使用的过程中会产生采用传统的生化处理技术很难处理的染料废水.运用电子束辐照技术处理普施安红MX-5B模拟染料废水,研究了辐照剂量、初始浓度、初始p H值和不同气氛条件等因素对处理效果的影响.实验结果表明,上述因素对普施安红MX-5B的降解有着显著影响.在氛围不同的情况下,普施安红MX-5B的降解率为饱和氧羟基自由基氧化体系>饱和空气氧化还原体系>饱和氮气水合电子还原体系.在羟基自由基氧化体系中,羟基自由基攻击偶氮双键(—N=N—)和苯环导致分子断裂生成的中间产物苯胺,被进一步降解为小分子有机酸.The reactive azo dye Procion Red MX-5B(PR MX-5B) is hard to degrade completely in aqueous solutions with traditional biochemical methods. Electron beam irradiation was carried out to investigate the degradation at concentrations varying between100 and 500 mg/L. Some influence factors such as absorbed does, initial concentration p H value and different system on degradation efficiency are discussed. The degradation is found to follow first-order kinetics by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with UV/V is detection. The results indicate that the factors do have effect on the reaction,for example, the degradation rates follow an order of ·OH oxidative system with saturated oxygen 〉·OH oxidative system with saturated air〉 eaq^-reactive system with saturated nitrogen and isopropyl alcohol. Hydroxyl radical attacked azo linkage and aromatic ring of PR MX-5B leading to the fracture of benzene ring formed a series of byproducts aniline and small molecules organic acid. Electron beam irradiation is an effective and promising method in waste water treated.
