摘 要:通过研究插穗粗度和生根剂浸泡时间对紫叶矮樱硬枝扦插生根率的影响,结果表明:插穗粗度对紫叶矮樱扦插生根率有极显著影响,生根率最高为粗插穗(0.8—1.0cm),最低为细插穗(0.3~0.5cm),中等粗度插穗(0.5~0.8cm)与粗插穗的生根率无显著差异,二者与细插穗的生根率有极显著差异。100mg/L浓度吲哚丁酸(IBA)溶液不同浸泡时间对紫叶矮樱插穗的扦插生根率无显著影响,但不同浸泡时间的插穗之间生根率有显著差异,其中浸泡12h的插穗生根率显著高于浸泡6h的插穗,而浸泡18h和24h的插穗生根率与浸泡12h和浸泡6h的插穗之间均无显著差异。Through making research on the influence of cutting diameter and soaking time on rooting rate of Prunus × cistenena by cuttage, the results show that cutting diameter can obviously influence the rooting rate of Prunus × cistenena by cuttage, the rooting rate of coarse cutting (0. 8 - 1.0 cm) is the highest, the one of thin cutting (0. 3 -0. 5 cm) is the lowest, the one of medium cutting (0. 5 -0. 8 cm) is same with coarse cutting, and the rooting rates of coarse and medium cutting are extremely higher than the thin cutting. 100 mg/L IBA Solution with different soaking time had no significant influence on rooting rate of Prunus × cistenena by cuttage. But the rooting rate had significant influence among different cantly higher than the cuttings after soaking time. The rooting rate of cuttings after soaking for 12 hours was signifi- soaking for 6 hours, and the rooting rate of cuttings after soaking for 18 and 24 hours had no significant difference with the rooting rate of cuttings after soaking for 6 and 12 hours.
