摘　　要：建设知识产权在线交易平台旨在提高与知识产权交易相关资源利用率,降低交易风险和交易成本,带动知识产权成果转化,优化资源配置,为国家科技长远发展提供网络技术支撑。随着我国经济持续发展,知识产权保护意识的不断加强,克服市场领域对知识产权创新的阻碍,纠正运营失衡,已经刻不容缓。本网络平台的建设打破数据孤立,建立数据共享,提供知识产权的宣传、交易服务,推动知识产权交易,促进科技成果转化增长,为我国科技产业的长足发展做出相应的贡献。The online trading platform for the construction of intellectual property rights is to improve the utilization rate of resources,reduce the transaction risk and transaction costs,and promote the transformation of intellectual property rights,optimize the allocation of resources,therefore provide technical support for the long- term development of national science and technology. With the continuous development of our country＇s economy,the awareness of intellectual property protection,to overcome the obstacles to the innovation of intellectual property rights in the market,to correct the imbalance of operations,has been urgent. The construction of the network platform breaks the data isolation,realizes the establishment of data sharing,providing intellectual property rights advocacy,transaction services,which could promote intellectual property transactions,stimulate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and make the corresponding contribution to the rapid development of science and technology industry in China.
