摘　　要：6#、7#烧结机九辊布料器辊体频繁卡死、变形、摔落，正常生产受到影响，本文综合分析了造成该设备故障频繁停机的主要原因。通过对6#、7#烧结机九辊布料器增加九辊辊体长度的改造。避免挡料板与辊体缝隙挤入的烧结料在九辊辊体传动联接部位堆积造成联接部住磨损、棹落，延长设备使用的维护周期。The Rollers of 9-roller charge distributor of No,6 and No.7 sintering machines are always jammed and distorted and dropped so as to hinder normal production. Main causes of frequent failure of the distributor are analyzed. The length of 9 rollers is extended to prevent sintered material between damper and roller from piling up at transmission linker so as to avoid abrasion and fall of linker. Maintenance intervals of machines are extended.
