单质硫在对二甲苯存在下的热迁移研究

摘  要:煤中硫及含硫化合物的热迁移规律研究是煤加工和洁净利用研究的关键科学问题之一.选取对二甲苯中的甲基作为活性氢来源,研究了无机单质硫在225~300℃条件下的热迁移规律.反应产物通过气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)进行定量和定性.结果表明:GC-MS可检测到的产物有19种,其中含量较多两种是4,4’-二甲基二苯乙烷(I)和反-4,4’-二甲基二苯乙烯(II).此外,还检测到4种含硫化合物,均为噻吩类物质.反应混合物经提纯分别得到了两种主要偶联产物4,4’-二甲基联苄和反-4,4’-二甲基二苯乙烯的纯品.探讨了反应机理,认为该反应属自由基型反应.研究表明,单质硫在活泼甲基存在的热条件下主要以H2S的形式迁出,部分转变成更难迁出的噻吩类杂环硫.The heat transfer of sulfur and sulfur-containing compounds in coal is one of the most key scientific problems for coal processing and clean utilization. In this w ork,the heat transfer of elemental suflur under 225 ~ 300 ℃ using the methyl group from paraxylene as the lively hydrogen source w as investigated. The reaction products w ere quantitatively and qualitatively characterized by GC-M S. The results indicate that there are nineteen GC-M S detectable products,among w hich the main tw o products are 4,4 '-dimethyldiphenylethane( I) and 4,4 '-dimethyldiphenylethene( II). In addition,there are four sulfur-containing compounds w hich are all thiophene-like compounds. Tw o pure coupling products 4,4 '-dimethyldiphenylethane( I) and 4,4'-dimethyldiphenylethene( II) w ere seperated and characterized. The reaction mechanism w asdiscussed primarily,w hich w as considered as radical reaction. The present w ork show s that the elemental sulfur mainly can move out in the form of H2 S,another little amount of sulfur is transferred to heterocyclic thiophene-like compounds w hich are very stable.
