摘  要:研究了化学成分和轧制工艺不同的4个批次X65管线钢抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)性能,结果表明,应力加载大小对X65管线钢抗SSCC(四点弯曲)腐蚀性能影响较小,试样抗SSCC(四点弯曲)腐蚀性能与其微观组织密切相关。X65管线钢断口存在氢致裂纹,X65管线钢SSCC(四点弯曲)是以阴极氢脆机制为主的应力腐蚀,氢致开裂(HIC)破坏机理占主导作用,影响X65管线钢抗HIC腐蚀性能的因素同样影响其抗SSCC(四点弯曲)腐蚀性能。Sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC)resistance of 4-batch X65 pipeline steel with different chemical composition and rolling technology was investigated in this paper.The results showed that effect of stress load on the X65 pipeline steel anti SSCC(four point bending)corrosion was less,SSCC resistance of 4-batch X65 pipeline steel was correlated with microstructure.Hydrogen induced crack was a kind of observed on the fracture of X65 pipeline steel.X65 pipeline steel SSCC(four points bending)was stress corrosion with cathode hydrogen embrittlement mechanism,hydrogen induced cracking(HIC)mechanism of fracture played a major role,influencing factor of HIC corrosion also affected SSCC corrosion.
