摘 要:本研究以Rh103为内标,以EPA 6020为干扰方程,选择待测元素同位素为Cd114、Ni60、Pb 208,用ICP-MS测定土壤中镉、镍、铅全量和有效态含量,以国家标准物质GBW07424和GBW07412a验证该方法的准确性,并通过153份土壤样品的全量和有效态数据对二者相关性进行分析。结果表明,有效态和全量含量呈正相关,有效态存在量受元素种类影响显著。在污染情况上,镉和铅是土壤主要的污染元素,镍非主要污染元素。Determination of total content and available state of cadmium, nickel, lead in soil by ICP-MS with Rh103 as internal standard and EPA 6020 as the jamming equation and isotope Cd 114、 Ni60 Pb 208 as tested element in this study, the method accuracy was verified by national standard materials GBW07424 and GBW07412a. The correlation analysis between the two was performed by 153 soil samples, the results show total content and available state was positive correlation, the amount of available state significantly affected by element type, cadmium and lead were main elements for soil in pollution, lead was't main pollution element.
