摘 要:通过同轴双喷嘴静电纺丝法,一步制备出具有芯壳结构的Ni_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Fe_2O_4/BaFe_(12)O_(19)纳米复合磁性纤维.该纤维经热处理后,2相结晶较好.SEM和TEM观察发现:纳米复合纤维直径均匀,包覆完整,芯丝平均直径及壳层平均厚度均为40nm,能谱线扫描分析表明,芯和壳层间界面清晰.VSM测试说明,当壳层前驱液中离子Fe与Ba物质的量之比分别为12∶0.5、12∶1.0、12∶1.5、12∶2.0和12∶2.5时,Ms从54.26A·m^2·kg^(-1)先升至60.40A·m^2·kg^(-1)再降到38.64A·m^2·kg^(-1);同时,Hc从1.372×10~4 A·m^(-1)先降至1.092×10~4 A·m^(-1)再升到2.475×10~4 A·m-1.可见,纳米复合磁性材料可实现材料磁性能的调控.Ni0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4/BaFe12O19 composite nanofiber with core-sheath structure is prepared by means of one-step coaxial bi-nozzle electro-spinning process and the crystallization of the two phases is better after heat-treatment of this fiber.It is found by TEM and SEM observation that the nanofiber has a uniform diameter,complete cover,average diameter of core of 40 mm,and sheath average thickness of 40 nm too.It is shown by analysis of energy-spectrum line-scan images of nanofiber that the core-sheath interface is clear.The VSM measurement exhibits that when mass-ratio of Fe-ion to Ba-ion in sheath precursory solution is 12∶0.5,12∶1.0,12∶1.5,12∶2.0,and 12∶2.5,respectively,the Ms of the sample will increase from 54.26A·m^2·kg^(-1) to 60.40A·m^2·kg^(-1),and then decrease to 38.64A·m^2·kg^(-1);its Hcwill decrease from 1.372×10~4 A·m^(-1) to 1.092×10~4 A·m^(-1),and then increase to 2.475×10~4 A·m^(-1).It is thus obvious that the adjustment and control of magnetic performance of material can be realized by using this composite nano-magnetic material.
