摘 要:针对单列槽和人字槽,两种不同槽形的上游泵送机械密封进行性能对比.通过多目标优化理论构建液膜开启力与泄漏量之比的协调函数,并利用Maple软件对两种不同槽形进行优化和实例求解,获得最佳槽形参数.采用Solidworks软件建立两种不同槽形的端面微间隙液膜几何模型.在特定工况下,使用Fluent软件对密封内部微间隙三维流场进行数值模拟,获得两种不同槽形的端面开启力和端面压力的分布规律,并且通过计算,得到两种不同槽形的泄漏量.结果表明,人字槽形的端面最大压力、端面开启力均大于单列槽形,人字槽形的泄漏量(0.018L/h)小于单列槽形的泄漏量(0.072L/h).从而证明,人字槽上游泵送机械密封的动压效应及密封性能均优于单列槽.The performance comparison investigation in two upstream pumping mechanical seals with single-row groove and chevron groove is conducted.Multi-objective optimization theory is used to construct a coordination function of the ratio of liquid film opening force and leakage and then the groove configuration is optimized by software MAPLE and its solution is found with an actual example to obtain the optimal groove parameters.Then the software Solidworks is used to build the geometric model of the micro-gap liquid film in the seal face.Under a given operational condition,the software Fluent is used to perform numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow field inside micro clearance,so that the face opening force and face pressure distribution are obtained for two seals,and their leakages are also obtained by computation.The result shows that the face maximum pressure and face opening force of the seal with chevron groove are always bigger than that with single-row one.And the leakage of chevron groove seal(0.018L/h)is lower than the leakage of single groove seal(0.072L/h).So it is verified that the dynamic pressure effect and sealing performance of the chevron seal are both superior to that of single-row grooved seal.
