摘　　要：三维GIS由于其直观逼真,表达能力强等特点,可有效辅助城市规划。本文研究了三维GIS应用于城市土地利用规划、城区建筑规划、道路规划等方面辅助决策的相关技术。基于相关技术研究成果,利用数字城市地理空间框架建设的数据成果,设计并实现了三维城市规划辅助决策支持系统,为城市规划工作提供辅助决策支持。3D GIS can be effectively used in urban planning due to its characteristics of intuition and strong expression ability. This paper researched the decision support technologies used in urban land use planning,urban building planning and road planning with3 D GIS. Based on these researches and using the achievements of digital city geospatial framework construction,a 3D urban planning decision support system was designed and implemented,which could provide decision support for urban planning work.
